there are 26 letters  in Arabic language you should learn it properly 
these 26 letters have different sound if you want to read first letter which is Alif  and that is also called Hamza and we will make the the sound of both letters same for example we will read alif  as aaa and hamza aaa

same as it there is second word which is called Baa and we will make the sound as it is Baa if there will zabar on baa then we will read baa zaber baa and if there will zair  under it then we will read baa zair bee if there will paish on it then we will read baa paish buu and if there will two zabar zair  and two paish then we will read ban bun bin  

The third letter is Taa 

we will make the  soun d of taa same as it taa if ther ewill zabar we will read taa zaber taa and if there will zair we will read taa zair tee if there will taa piash then we will read taa paish uu
