It is not permissible to wish and celebrate
Christians on Christmas, Its Ha-ram.
Allah says in the Qurran
“This day, I have perfected your religion for
you, completed My favor upon you, and have
chosen for you Islam as your religion…”
So congratulating them is forbidden, whether
they are one’s colleagues at work or
otherwise.
To wish them in their festivals is a sign of
complacency to Kufr and Allah Ta'ala Knows
Best.
