IF ISLAMIC LAWS WERE IMPLEMENTED BY THE
GOVERNMENT OF ALL THE COUNTRIES,THERE WOULD BE
LESS STATISTICS OF SUCH CRIMES!!
So many cases of Rape, fornication and molestation throughout
the world,BUT Throughout the Islamic world wherever Sharia law
is upheld harsh punishments are introduced to fornicators(Zinna a
karne wala/Rapist)
During the time of the Prophet (saw) punishment was inflicted on
the rapist on the solitary evidence of the woman who was raped by
him. Wa'il ibn Hujr reports of an incident when a woman was
raped. Later, when some people came by, she identified and
accused the man of raping her.
They seized him and brought him to Allah's messenger, who said to
the woman, "Go away, for Allâh has forgiven you," but of the man
who had raped her, he said, "Stone him to death." (Tirmidhi and
Abu Dawud)
This is the punishment for a Zina in an Islamic Governing Country
because Allah the almighty says in the Holy Quran:
"(as for) the fornication and the fornicator, flog each of them,
(giving) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you in
the matter of obedience to Allah,if you believe in Allah and the
last day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement."
